Core Job Responsibilities
- Strategic Pricing & Yield Management: Setting and adjusting room rates in real-time based on competitor analysis, seasonality, and historical data to capture the highest possible Average Daily Rate (ADR) and Revenue Per Available Room (RevPAR).
- Demand Forecasting: Analyzing booking pace reports, pickup trends, and local market events to predict future demand and adjust inventory availability accordingly.
- Distribution Channel Management: Monitoring and managing revenue across all booking platforms (e.g., Online Travel Agencies, global distribution systems, direct website) to ensure optimal profitability and minimize commission costs.
- Performance Reporting: Generating regular data reports (like STR reports) to evaluate business performance, spot revenue gaps, and pivot strategies when lagging behind competitors.
- Inventory Control: Collaborating with front office and operations to manage room allocations, overbooking limits, and restrictions (like minimum length of stay).
- Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Aligning with sales and marketing to create targeted promotional campaigns, packages, and group pricing strategies that drive volume during low-demand periods.
- Budgeting & Goal Setting: Playing a vital role in the hotel's financial planning by establishing annual revenue budgets and defining departmental yield goals.
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
