Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and acquire new clients for trading and investment services.
- Generate leads through referrals, networking, field visits, digital channels, and cold calling.
- Promote equity, derivatives, commodities, mutual funds, IPOs, bonds, and other financial products offered by the company.
- Open Demat and Trading accounts and ensure timely completion of documentation and KYC requirements.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to increase retention and cross-selling opportunities.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.
- Keep clients informed about market trends, investment opportunities, and company offerings.
- Coordinate with operations and compliance teams for smooth onboarding and service delivery.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable regulatory guidelines.
- Participate in promotional campaigns, investor awareness programs, and business development activities.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- MBA (Marketing/Finance) is preferred.
Experience:
- 1–5 years of experience in sales, financial services, stock broking, banking, wealth management, or insurance.
- Fresh graduates with strong sales aptitude may also be considered.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
