You'll write hooks, scripts, captions, and outlines that shape how our reels, shorts, and podcast episodes sound and land — working closely with anchors, strategists, and editors to turn ideas into words that hold attention. This is a writing-first role for someone who understands short-form and podcast content deeply, not just grammar and structure.
What You'll Do
- Write hooks, scripts, and outlines for reels, shorts, and podcast segments
- Adapt tone and language for Hindi/Hinglish, on-camera delivery
- Write captions, titles, and descriptions optimized for engagement
- Collaborate with the strategy team to turn raw ideas into shoot-ready scripts
- Work with anchors to refine scripts for natural, on-camera delivery
- Research trends, formats, and language styles that perform well on Instagram/YouTube
- Revise and sharpen scripts based on shoot feedback and performance data
- Maintain a consistent voice and quality bar across all written content
Who We're Looking For
- Strong writing skills in Hindi/Hinglish, with an ear for how spoken content sounds
- Proven experience writing for reels, shorts, YouTube, or podcast-style content
- Understands hooks, pacing, and what makes short-form content stop the scroll
- Ability to write fast without sacrificing quality, on tight shoot schedules
- Comfortable taking feedback and revising scripts quickly
- Strong collaboration skills — works closely with strategists, anchors, and editors
Nice to Have
- Experience writing for a media house, content studio, or creator/influencer page
- Portfolio of scripts, captions, or hooks with strong performance (views/engagement)
- Understanding of Instagram/YouTube algorithm and content trends
- Basic knowledge of storytelling structures for interviews/podcasts
