We are equipped with advanced instruments and domain expertise required for on-site performance evaluation of solar power plants and key components such as solar modules, inverters, and cables.
Role Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented Solar PV Module Inspector with 2–3 years of experience in solar inspection or quality assurance. The role involves conducting module inspections, identifying defects, and submitting accurate reports using digital tools across multiple project locations.
Qualifications
Diploma or Degree in Electrical / Electronics / Mechanical or related field
2–3 years of experience in:
Solar PV module inspection
Quality assurance in solar manufacturing or EPC
Basic understanding of solar module components and functionality
Familiarity with inspection tools and reporting systems
Willingness to travel for site inspections across India
Key Responsibilities
Perform visual inspections of solar PV modules at factories, warehouses, and project sites
Conduct quality checks as per IEC standards (IEC 61215, IEC 61730)
Identify and report defects such as:
Microcracks - Delamination - Cell mismatch - Junction box faults
Assist in EL testing, IV curve testing, and basic electrical checks
Capture images and maintain proper inspection documentation
Submit reports using mobile/web-based applications
Coordinate with internal teams and clients for inspection scheduling
Ensure adherence to quality and safety standards
Preferred Skills
Experience with EL testing and IV curve tracing
Experience with third-party inspection agencies
Strong attention to detail and reporting accuracy
