Role Overview
We are looking for a talented and experienced Senior Architect to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will bring strong design sensibilities, technical proficiency, and leadership capabilities to oversee and deliver high-quality architectural projects across our diverse portfolio.
Position Details
- Position: Senior Architect
- Experience Required: 5 to 7 Years
- Working Days: Monday to Saturday (Second Saturday off)
- Working Time: 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM
- Industry: Architecture & Interior Design
- Employment Type: Full-Time
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage end-to-end architectural design for residential, hospitality, hotel/restaurant, and greenfield projects
- Develop conceptual designs, schematic drawings, design development documents, and construction drawings
- Coordinate with clients to understand project requirements, present design proposals, and incorporate feedback effectively
- Oversee and mentor junior architects and design team members throughout the project lifecycle
- Ensure all designs comply with local building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Collaborate with structural, MEP, and interior design consultants for integrated project delivery
- Manage project timelines, deliverables, and ensure quality control at every stage
- Prepare and review tender documents, BOQs, and coordinate with contractors during execution
- Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress and resolve on-site design issues
- Stay updated with emerging design trends, materials, and construction technologies
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture (B.Arch / M.Arch) from a recognized institution
- 5 to 7 years of hands-on experience in architectural design with a reputed design firm
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, and MS Office
- Proven experience in residential, hospitality, hotel/restaurant, and/or greenfield projects
- Excellent understanding of design principles, building materials, and construction methodologies
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication, presentation, and client-handling skills
- Detail-oriented with a creative mindset and a passion for design excellence
- Council of Architecture (COA) registration is preferred
