Role Overview: Responsible for Leading the resort’s pre-opening phase by managing operations through their own dedicated team, ensuring readiness across all departments for a successful launch. Locals from Ajmeer and Pushkar are prefered.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Proven experience in resort/hotel pre-opening operations with team leadership.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Ability to lead, delegate, and manage cross-functional teams effectively.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
