Job Summary
We are looking for a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer responsible for preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance of plant machinery and equipment. The candidate should have hands-on experience in troubleshooting mechanical systems, reducing downtime, and ensuring smooth plant operations in a manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance of plant machinery and utilities.
- Troubleshoot mechanical failures and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime.
- Maintain equipment such as pumps, compressors, gearboxes, conveyors, hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
- Conduct routine inspections and monitor equipment health.
- Plan and execute maintenance schedules to improve equipment reliability.
- Coordinate with production teams for maintenance planning and shutdown activities.
- Maintain maintenance records, logs, and reports.
- Ensure availability of critical spares and support inventory management.
- Participate in installation, commissioning, and modification of machinery.
- Implement TPM, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and statutory requirements.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
