Position: Customer Sales Executive – Malayalam Voice Process
Location: Koramangala, Bangalore
Process: Domestic Sales – Voice Process
Experience: Freshers & Experienced Candidates
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month + Incentives
Shift: Day Shift
Timing: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Working Days: 6 Days Working + 1 Rotational Week Off
Work Mode: Work From Office
Job Role
We are hiring enthusiastic and target-oriented candidates for a Malayalam Domestic Voice Sales Process in Koramangala, Bangalore.
The selected candidate will be responsible for handling customer calls, explaining products/services, generating interest, and converting leads into sales.
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in Malayalam.
- Explain products and services clearly to customers.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products/services.
- Generate leads and convert enquiries into sales.
- Follow up with prospective customers.
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate customer and call details in the CRM.
- Handle customer queries professionally and provide appropriate solutions.
- Follow company sales processes, scripts and quality guidelines.
Eligibility
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Fluency in Malayalam is mandatory.
- Basic English communication skills preferred.
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Candidates with telesales, telecalling, BPO or customer-handling experience will have an advantage.
- 12th pass / Diploma / Graduate candidates can apply.
