Job Overview
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to create engaging, user-friendly, and visually appealing digital experiences. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of user-centered design principles, wireframing, prototyping, and modern design trends.
Key Responsibilities
- Design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for websites and mobile applications.
- Conduct user research and translate insights into effective design solutions.
- Create wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and user flows.
- Collaborate with developers, project managers, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality designs.
- Ensure designs are responsive and consistent across all devices.
- Maintain and improve design systems and UI components.
- Conduct usability testing and implement improvements based on user feedback.
- Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
- Strong understanding of UI/UX principles, typography, color theory, and layout design.
- Experience with wireframing, prototyping, and user journey mapping.
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and responsive design is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in design, computer science, fine arts, or a related field (preferred).
- 1–3 years of experience in UI/UX design.
- A strong portfolio showcasing web and mobile design projects.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with design systems.
- Knowledge of accessibility (WCAG) standards.
- Familiarity with animation and micro-interactions.
- Basic understanding of front-end development

- Candidates must have prior experience working in a digital, creative, or software development agency.
Pay: ₹18,265.14 - ₹48,778.55 per month
