We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Back Office Executive to manage billing, documentation, and day-to-day administrative tasks. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Tally, good computer skills, and the ability to maintain accurate records while supporting office operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare invoices, quotations, delivery challans, and other documents.
- Generate GST tax invoices and maintain billing records.
- Process sales and purchase entries in Tally.
- Coordinate with the Accounts, Sales, and Dispatch teams for smooth order processing.
- Maintain customer and vendor records.
- Handle data entry and ensure accurate documentation.
- Prepare reports in MS Excel as required.
- Manage filing of physical and digital documents.
- Respond to customer queries related to invoices and documentation.
- Perform general back-office and administrative support tasks.
Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in back office operations or billing.
- Working knowledge of Tally ERP/TallyPrime.
- Basic understanding of GST billing and invoicing.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and email communication.
- Good organizational and communication skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in inventory management using Tally.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of ERP software will be an added advantage.

Salary will be commensurate with experience and skills.
