Role Summary
The Lead TA is expected to consistently close open positions on time without compromising on the quality of hires, ensuring both speed and precision go hand in hand. Proactively maintain the health and accuracy of the hiring software (ATS/HRMS), with clean data and system reliability as a non-negotiable operating standard.Overall, success in this role means consistently bringing in fast, high-quality talent, driving increasing efficiency across the workplace, and building a highly performance-driven team that fuels the organization's growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Full-Cycle Recruiting-Own end-to-end hiring from requisition to offer closure, consistently closing positions within agreed SLAs (e.g., 30–45 days) without compromising on quality, directly preventing revenue loss from unfilled critical/leadership roles.
- Cost & Source Optimization - Reduce cost-per-hire by strengthening referral, sourcing, and internal pipelines over external agency dependence; optimize hiring source mix per the agreed grid, balancing cost, quality, and speed.
- Quality of Hire & Retention- Ensure hires perform and stay, tracked via 90-day/6-month retention and hiring manager satisfaction scores, reducing rehiring costs and lost productivity.
- Team Output & Efficiency - Drive team-level KPIs (offer-to-join ratio, interview-to-offer ratio, recruiter productivity) to increase quality hires per recruiter, per quarter.
- Closes Leadership/Critical Roles Successfully Personally ensures high-impact and leadership positions are filled with the right talent — directly enabling business continuity and execution of key initiatives without leadership gaps. Partner with business unit and department heads to ensure 100% adherence to Manpower Budget vs. Actual.
- Strategic & Cross-Department Collaboration- Work closely with leadership to prioritize urgent/critical hiring; build and strengthen internal referral channels and institutional tie-ups to expand the talent pipeline.
- HR Compliance & TAT Adherence — Ensure timely, accurate documentation of all key personnel formalities (including pre boarding and onboarding formalities) across the zone with HR Business Partners; maintain strict TAT adherence across all recruitment processes.
- ATS Automation & Workflow Efficiency — Maintain hiring software health and accuracy as a non-negotiable standard; implement self-scheduling and panel coordination tools to reduce scheduling turnaround time.
- Systems Health & HR Ops Support — Own recruiting tech health (data integrity, integration uptime, error monitoring) via a regular system health checklist; act as first escalation point for tool issues, coordinating with IT/vendor support; support day-to-day HR ops (onboarding, employee records) in partnership with Management, Accounts, and Department Heads within SLA.
- Day-to-day HR ops & cross-functional support – Assist with onboarding, employee records, and general HR ops tasks while partnering closely with Management Executives, Accounts, Department Heads and hiring managers; ensure HR ops tasks are completed on SLA, and smooth cross-team collaboration.
Qualifications
- Master Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is preferred.
