About the Role:-
We are seeking a detail-oriented FP&A Analyst to support financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, MIS reporting, business analysis, and management decision-making. The role focuses on improving financial visibility and business performance through accurate analysis and reporting. This position does not involve software development or maintenance.
Key Responsibilities:-
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual MIS reports.
- Develop budgets, forecasts, and financial models.
- Analyze revenue, expenses, profitability, and cash flow.
- Perform variance analysis and recommend improvements.
- Prepare management reports and business performance dashboards.
- Monitor KPIs and provide actionable insights. Support strategic planning and decision-making.
- Coordinate with internal departments for financial data.
- Ensure accuracy and timeliness of financial reports.
- Assist during audits and maintain financial documentation.
Required Skills:-
- Advanced Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, Power Query, formulas).
- Strong financial analysis and reporting skills.
- Knowledge of budgeting and forecasting.
- Experience with Power BI is preferred.
- Understanding of accounting principles and financial statements.
- Excellent analytical and communication skills.
Qualifications:-
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Commerce, Accounting
- 2–5 years of experience in FP&A, Financial Analysis, or MIS Reporting.
- MBA (Finance), CA Inter, CMA, or CFA is an advantage.
