Employment Type: We are seeking an energetic, results-driven, and customer-focused Medical Representative to join our growing team at Satvm Ayurved Pvt. Ltd. You will act as the vital communication link between our company and healthcare professionals. Your primary mission will be to promote our proprietary Ayurvedic and herbal product ranges (including specialized hair oils and pain relief formulations), generate ethical prescriptions, and expand our market footprint within your designated territory.Key Responsibilities
- Doctor Calls & Detailing: Conduct regular, scheduled visits to Ayurvedic practitioners, general physicians, and local clinics to present and detail our product portfolio.
- Prescription Generation: Build scientific and commercial value for our products to consistently drive brand awareness and secure prescriptions from healthcare providers.
- Pharmacy & Stockist Coordination: Visit local retail chemists and stockists to ensure product availability, monitor stock levels, and coordinate order fulfillment.
- Target Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and primary/secondary business targets assigned for your territory.
- Market Intelligence: Gather ongoing feedback from medical professionals regarding product efficacy and monitor local competitor activities or alternative Ayurvedic remedies.
- Reporting: Maintain clean, updated records of daily calls, customer data, and sales metrics, submitting routine reports.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy (B.Pharm/D.Pharm), or equivalent graduation. (Science background preferred).
- Experience: 1 to 3 years of prior field sales experience in the pharmaceutical, healthcare, or Ayurvedic ethical division. (Freshers with exceptional communication skills and a strong science background may also be considered).
- Soft Skills: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, exceptional persuasion abilities, and an outgoing, resilient personality.
- Mobility: A valid two-wheeler driving/riding license and willingness to travel extensively within the assigned local territory.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
