About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Lead to drive business growth. The ideal candidate should have strong enterprise sales experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to independently manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure.
Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Business Development
- Conduct connected calls with new prospects and generate positive responses/leads.
- Send direct personalized emails to prospects, including follow-ups and engagement campaigns.
- Conduct follow-up calls to nurture leads and move them through the sales pipeline.
- Deliver product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients.
- Schedule and conduct face-to-face client meetings to understand business requirements.
- Prepare and submit business proposals, commercial documents, and solution presentations.
- Maintain strong client relationships and ensure high customer engagement.
- Leading and managing Sales team
- Willingness to travel for client meetings as required.
Lead Generation
- Identify and qualify enterprise prospects across target industries.
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline through multiple outreach channels.
- Coordinate with internal teams for lead nurturing and sales conversions.
Reporting & Performance Metrics
The candidate will be responsible for achieving and reporting on key sales KPIs, including:
- Connected Calls to New Contacts / Positive Responses
- Direct Personalized Emails Sent (New + Follow-ups)
- Follow-up Calls Conducted
- Product Demos Conducted
- Face-to-Face Meetings
- Proposals Submitted
Preferred Skills
- Experience in selling AI-driven or risk management technology solutions.
- Strong networking and enterprise client acquisition capabilities.
- Experience using CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho CRM.
