About Us
Dharitri Infraventure Pvt. Ltd. is one of Kolkata's leading real estate developers, specializing in affordable residential projects across the New Town–Rajarhat region. We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused professional to lead our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) function.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) department, ensuring exceptional post-sales customer service.
- Handle customer interactions through email, telephone, and face-to-face meetings while maintaining high service standards.
- Manage customer escalations, grievances, and complaint resolution in a timely and professional manner.
- Coordinate with the Sales, Accounts, Legal, Projects, and Operations teams to ensure seamless customer support and timely issue resolution.
- Review and verify customer documentation to ensure compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.
- Develop and maintain MIS reports, customer databases, and CRM dashboards for management review.
- Supervise and mentor the CRM team, establish performance standards, and ensure departmental efficiency.
- Maintain updated inventory and customer records within the CRM system.
- Build long-term customer relationships to enhance customer satisfaction, retention, and brand reputation.
- Recommend process improvements to strengthen customer experience and operational efficiency.
Candidate Profile
- Minimum 5+ years of relevant CRM experience, with significant exposure to the Real Estate industry.
- Proven experience in leading CRM teams and managing customer lifecycle processes.
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Office, MIS reporting, CRM software, and customer data management.
- Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Customer-centric mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Pay: Up to ₹50,000.00 per month
