Role Overview:
We are seeking an Operations Manager for Torfenster, a globally recognized premium aluminum windows brand. This role involves taking over clients post-sales, ensuring smooth order fulfillment, client satisfaction, and order closure, along with a strong marketing focus.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee post-sales client handovers, ensuring seamless execution and satisfaction.
* Finalize orders with clients, ensuring timely delivery and follow-up.
* Collaborate with marketing teams to drive campaigns and enhance brand visibility.
* Manage statewide operations and ensure cross-functional coordination.
* Maintain reporting with the Torfenster team to uphold global standards.
Required Skills:
* 5 to 7 years of experience in the aluminum window industry or similar.
* Strong marketing experience with proven campaign results.
* Exceptional client management and post-sales follow-through.
* Ability to handle statewide operations across Tamil Nadu.
* Bilingual fluency in Hindi and Tamil (preferred English as well).
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
