Corporate Trainer – Construction King
Location: Jaipur, Rajasthan
Experience: 5–10 Years
Qualification: MBA / PGDM / Graduation in HR, Management, Training or equivalent
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver effective training programs for employees across departments.
- Conduct onboarding, soft skills, sales, leadership and behavioral training.
- Identify training needs based on employee performance and business requirements.
- Develop training modules, presentations, activities and learning materials.
- Conduct workshops, role plays and practical training sessions.
- Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments and employee feedback.
- Work closely with department heads to improve employee productivity and performance.
- Maintain training records, reports and employee development plans.
- Support leadership development and team-building initiatives.
- Stay updated with modern training methodologies and industry practices.

Preferred:
Experience in construction, infrastructure, manufacturing, sales or building materials industry with strong experience in corporate training and employee development.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
