Job Title: Billing Engineer (Government Building Projects)
Location: Fafadih, Raipur, Chhattisgarh
Salary: Up to ₹90,000 per month (Based on experience and qualifications)
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Billing Engineer to manage billing activities for government building projects. The role is primarily based at our Fafadih, Raipur office, with site visits required as and when necessary.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, verify, and process RA Bills and Final Bills for government building projects.
- Measure work executed and coordinate with site engineers for quantity verification.
- Prepare and reconcile BOQs, rate analysis, and billing documentation.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, and project teams for bill certification and approvals.
- Maintain billing records, work orders, and project documentation.
- Track project progress and ensure timely submission of bills.
- Monitor bill recoveries, variations, and extra items.
- Assist in preparation of project cost reports and payment tracking.
- Visit project sites whenever required for measurements, verification, and coordination.
Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- 8–10 years of relevant experience in billing for government building projects.
- Strong knowledge of government contract procedures, BOQs, RA bills, and final billing.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and billing/estimation software.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Willingness to travel for site visits as required.
