Role Overview
As a Home-Based Early Childhood Educator (Prodigy Coach), you will bring the joy of early learning directly into children’s homes. You will deliver engaging, play-based sessions that support cognitive, social, emotional, and motor development, following a structured curriculum and training framework. This role goes beyond teaching—it offers the opportunity to positively shape early childhood learning while building meaningful relationships with families.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct 60–90 minute one-on-one, play-based learning sessions at children’s homes using curated, screen-free Prodigy kits.
- Customize session pacing and activity levels based on each child’s developmental stage and learning needs.
- Share concise progress updates and actively involve parents in the child’s learning journey.
- Maintain attendance, session notes, and progress reports through the company’s mobile application.
- Ensure high standards of hygiene, safety, and professionalism while working in client homes.
Must-Have Qualifications & Skills Category
Education Requirement : B.Ed. or Diploma / PG Diploma in Early Childhood Education, Montessori, Waldorf, or equivalent certification
Experience Minimum 6 months of teaching experience in preschool, daycare, or early-years learning Languages Fluent English + Hindi or Marathi
Mobility Soft Skills Compliance Comfortable travelling within the Western Line (Churchgate–Borivali) and/or Central Line (CST–Thane/Navi Mumbai)
Exceptional warmth with children, clear communication with parents, strong personal etiquette, reliability, and punctuality
Willing to undergo police verification and submit valid ID/address proofs
Candidates with experience in activity-based, experiential, or EdTech learning will have an added advantage.
Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
