About PEPT
PEPT is a fast-growing fitness studio dedicated to helping people achieve their health and fitness goals through expert coaching and an exceptional member experience. We are looking for an organized, proactive, and customer-focused Studio Administrator to support our day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage front desk operations and greet members professionally.
- Handle phone calls, WhatsApp inquiries, emails, and appointment scheduling.
- Maintain member records, attendance, and payment records.
- Coordinate trial sessions, memberships, renewals, and follow-ups.
- Assist with billing, invoicing, and daily cash reconciliation.
- Maintain studio cleanliness, supplies, and inventory.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in administration, customer service, front desk, or operations.
- Strong communication skills in English and Hindi (Marathi is an advantage).
- Comfortable using CRM software, WhatsApp Business, and basic billing systems.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Positive attitude with a customer-first mindset.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in a fitness studio, gym, wellness center, or hospitality industry.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
