About the Role
Oversee end-to-end production for wedding entertainment, including vendor coordination, on-site setup, sound systems, and live event execution. Ideal for experienced professionals delivering high-quality, stress-free wedding experiences.
Key Responsibilities
· Coordinate with vendors for production elements like lighting, sound, decor, and entertainment setups.
· Manage on-site operations, including site preparation, sound engineering, and equipment testing, and troubleshooting during events.
· Ensure timely execution of event timelines, budgeting and seamless transitions between ceremony, cocktail, and reception.
· Supervise team and crew for setup/breakdown, quality control, and client satisfaction.
Requirements
· Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in wedding/event production, vendor management, site operations, and sound production.
· Proficiency in sound equipment, acoustics, mixing consoles.
· Strong communication, problem-solving, and on-site leadership skills; knowledge of Delhi wedding industry preferred.
Compensation
Up to Rs.50,000 per month (based on experience)
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
