Role: Printing Supervisor – Custom Packaging Company
Role Summary:
We are looking for a Printing Supervisor / Junior Printing Supervisor to manage daily printing operations, supervise machine operators, ensure print quality, and do production planning.
Key Responsibilities
- Having knowledge of quotations and costing for packaging jobs.
- Calculate paper utilization and material requirements.
- Supervise printing operations and machine operators.
- Ensure print quality and production standards.
- Plan and track jobs as per production schedules.
- Coordinate with production and dispatch teams.
- Maintain records and reports in Excel.
- Resolve printing and production issues.
Required Skills
- Offset and packaging printing knowledge
- Paper calculations, costing, and quotation knowledge
- Print quality inspection and production planning
- Microsoft Excel and basic computer skills
- Team supervision, coordination, and problem-solving
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
