Position: Hospital Manager
Location: Farrukhabad & Chhibramau, Uttar Pradesh
Experience: 5–8 Years
Salary: ₹40,000- ₹70,000 per month (Based on experience and interview) + Accommodation
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Hospital Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of the hospital. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in hospital administration, patient services, compliance, and operational management. The role requires ensuring seamless hospital operations while maintaining high standards of patient care, qu`ality, and regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities
Patient Experience & Services
- Monitor patient flow and minimize waiting time.
- patient complaints and grievances promptly.
- Ensure a high standard of patient satisfaction and service quality.
- Coordinate with clinical and non-clinical teams to enhance the overall patient experience.
Hospital Operations & Administration
- Ensure smooth functioning of OPD, IPD, Diagnostics, Pharmacy, and other Address support services.
- Supervise administrative staff and support departments.
- Manage housekeeping, security, facility management, and vendor coordination.
- Ensure proper documentation, record management, and implementation of hospital policies.
- Coordinate with the HR department for manpower planning, attendance, and staff management.
Compliance & Quality
- Ensure compliance with NABH standards and all applicable statutory and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor quality assurance initiatives and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Conduct internal audits and ensure adherence to hospital SOPs.
- Coordinate with regulatory authorities during inspections and audits.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Hospital Administration and Operations.
- Expertise in Patient Relationship Management.
- Sound understanding of NABH standards and statutory compliance.
- Strong leadership, team management, and decision-making abilities.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and Hospital Information Systems (HIS).
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Hospital Administration (MHA) or MBA in Hospital/Healthcare Management.
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
