We are seeking a high-energy, results-driven Sales Team Leader to oversee and guide our frontline sales team. In this role, you will split your time between executing strategic sales objectives, tracking pipeline metrics, and providing hands-on coaching to help your team crush their quotas. Core Responsibilities
- Team Guidance: Manage daily operations, delegate tasks, and maintain a highly motivated sales floor.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor key metrics (KPIs), track conversion rates, and conduct routine performance evaluations.
- Coaching & Onboarding: Train new hires on company policies, pitching techniques, and product knowledge.
- Deal Support: Step in to assist sales representatives in handling objections, negotiating, and closing critical client accounts.
- Pipeline Management: Oversee the team’s CRM pipeline to guarantee a steady workflow and accurate forecasting.
- Strategic Alignment: Execute sales strategies set by senior executives and communicate policy updates to the team.
- Reporting: Compile weekly and monthly sales reports to update senior leadership on progress and market challenges. [1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6]
Skills & Qualifications
- Experience: 2–5 years of successful field or inside sales experience, with at least 1 year in a senior or mentoring role.
- Leadership: Strong team-handling capabilities, conflict resolution skills, and an empathetic coaching style.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal, written, and active listening skills for client meetings and internal presentations.
- Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience navigating popular CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and data analytical tools.
- Negotiation: Deep understanding of customer psychology, objection handling, and advanced closing techniques.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
