Key Responsibilities:
1. Cost Estimation & Quantification
- Prepare BOQs, quantity take-offs, and cost estimates across civil, architectural, MEP, and finishing works.
- Analyse drawings, tender documents, and specifications to define project scope.
- Develop preliminary to detailed cost estimates and maintain updated market rates.
- Identify cost-saving options, material alternatives, and value-engineering solutions.
2. Tendering, Bidding & Rate Analysis
- Prepare tender packages, RFPs, and competitive bid submissions.
- Conduct detailed rate analysis for labour, materials, equipment, and subcontractor work.
- Coordinate technical and commercial inputs from internal teams.
- Evaluate subcontractor quotations, negotiate rates, and ensure compliance with tender requirements.
3. Market Research & Vendor Coordination
- Liaise with vendors and contractors for updated pricing and technical inputs.
- Maintain databases for approved vendors and updated market price lists.
- Track market trends and material price fluctuations to assess cost impacts.
- Support procurement with estimation-related technical clarifications.
4. Project Budgeting & Cost Control
- Prepare project budgets, cost summaries, and cash flow projections.
- Assist in monitoring budget vs. actual expenditure during execution.
- Update cost records based on site progress, design changes, and variations.
- Provide cost recommendations for feasibility studies and management decisions.
5. Documentation, Reporting & Coordination
- Maintain estimation documentation, calculations, and version records.
- Prepare MIS reports, cost comparisons, and updated estimation dashboards.
- Participate in project meetings and provide timely estimation submissions.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams for technical clarifications and approvals.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
