Role Overview
The Sales Officer / Sales Manager is responsible for recruiting, training, and managing Part-Time Sales Executives and Referral Partners to achieve district sales targets. The role focuses on business development, merchant onboarding, field coaching, team performance, and district-level sales operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruit and onboard Part-Time Sales Executives and Referral Partners.
- Train, guide, and motivate the district sales team.
- Allocate sales territories and monitor daily field activities.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Drive merchant registrations, onboarding, and customer support.
- Conduct field visits, promotional campaigns, and market development activities.
- Monitor team performance and submit daily/weekly/monthly reports.
- Ensure quality customer service, collections, and balance payment follow-up.

- Recruitment and activation of Sales Executives.

Qualification & Experience
- Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred).
- 2–5 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, Business Development, or Team Management.
- Field sales experience is preferred.
Other Requirements
- Willing to travel extensively within the assigned district.
- Valid driving licence and own two-wheeler preferred.
- Smartphone with internet connectivity.
- Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.
Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per month
