JOB DESCRIPTION
Designation: Finishing Foreman/Finishing Supervisor
Department: Civil/Finishing
Location: Project Site (Gurugram)
Experience: Minimum 3-4 Years
JOB SUMMARY
To supervise and manage civil and interior finishing activities at the project site and ensure all works are completed as per approved drawings, quality standards and project timelines.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Supervise daily civil and finishing activities at the project site.
* Ensure execution of work as per approved drawings and specifications.
* Handle finishing activities such as plastering, flooring, painting, false ceiling, woodwork, brick/block work and other related works.
* Coordinate with engineers, contractors, subcontractors and other site teams.
* Manage labour and allocate work as per project requirements.
* Check the quality of work and materials used at the site.
* Ensure timely completion of assigned work as per the project schedule.
* Monitor daily work progress and maintain proper site records.
* Identify site issues and coordinate with the concerned team for timely resolution.
* Ensure proper coordination between different finishing activities.
* Follow safety procedures and maintain proper housekeeping at the project site.
REQUIREMENTS
* Minimum 3-4 years of relevant experience in civil/interior finishing works.
* Good knowledge of finishing work and site supervision.
* Ability to read and understand architectural and construction drawings.
* Good manpower handling and coordination skills.
* Knowledge of construction materials and finishing techniques.
* Good communication and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to work under pressure and meet project timelines.
QUALIFICATION
ITI/Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent qualification is preferred. Candidates with relevant field experience and strong knowledge of civil and finishing work may also be considered.
