ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Patient Management:
Coordinate patient care activities to ensure timely and efficient delivery of services.Act as a liaison between patients and healthcare providers, addressing patient
Concerns and ensuring a positive experience.
Schedule and manage patient appointments, ensuring that the clinic’s schedule is
Optimized.
2. Staff Coordination:
Oversee the daily activities of the Doctors & Doctor assistants
Ensure that all staff members are adequately trained and that their credentials are up
to date.
Coordinate staff schedules to ensure proper coverage at all times.
3. Quality Assurance:
Monitor and evaluate the quality of care provided to patients.
Implement and maintain clinical protocols and procedures to ensure compliance with
regulatory standards.
Conduct regular audits and quality checks to ensure the clinic meets health and safety
regulations.
4. Administrative Duties:
Manage the clinic’s budget, including ordering supplies and managing inventory.
Oversee the documentation of patient records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
Prepare reports on clinic operations and present them to upper management.
5. Communication:
Serve as the primary point of contact for communication between the clinic and
external parties, such as insurance companies, suppliers, and other healthcare
providers.
Facilitate communication within the clinic, ensuring that all staff members are
informed of any changes in clinical policies or procedures.
6. Training and Development:
Organize and conduct training sessions for clinical staff to keep them updated on the
latest healthcare practices and technologies.
Identify areas where additional training is needed and coordinate professional
development opportunities.
7. Problem Solving:
Address any issues that arise in the clinic related to patient care
Develop and implement solutions to improve clinic efficiency and patient satisfaction.
8. Regulatory Compliance:
Ensure the clinic complies with all local, state, and federal regulations, including
those related to patient care, data privacy, and workplace safety.
Stay updated on changes in healthcare regulations and adjust clinic policies as needed.
9. Patient Education:
Assist in educating patients about their conditions, treatments, and preventive care
options.
Ensure that patient education materials are current and available in the clinic.
10. Technology Management:
Oversee the use and maintenance of medical and office equipment, ensuring that it is
in good working order.
Coordinate the implementation and use of electronic health records (EHR) and other
digital tools in the clinic.

Pay: Up to ₹400,000.00 per year
