Responsibilities:
- Assist in recruiting, training, and supervising front-of-house and back-of-house staff.
- Schedule shifts and manage staff rotas to ensure adequate coverage.
- Ensure a welcoming and positive atmosphere for all guests.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and timely manner.
- Oversee daily operations, including opening and closing procedures.
- Ensure the cafe is clean, organized, and well-maintained at all times.
- Support the Restaurant Manager in budgeting, financial reporting, and cost control.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and food safety standards.
- Foster a collaborative and positive work environment.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, business administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience in a supervisory or managerial role within the hospitality or food service industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations and resolve conflicts effectively.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations and food safety standards.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
