At Dictumnet, we help businesses navigate complex legal and statutory paperwork—from labor licensing and inspection support to trademarks and food licenses. We are expanding our team and looking for a detail-oriented ESI & EPF Compliance Officer.

What You Will Do
- Payroll Data & Deductions: Verify client attendance and payroll records to ensure precise ESI and PF calculations.
- Portal Operations: Onboard new hires on statutory portals, generate monthly ESI/EPF challans, and file returns on time.
- Records Management: Keep compliance registers (Form 11, 5, 10, etc.) up-to-date and ensure smooth employee KYC processing and UAN activation.
- Issue Resolution: Handle employee and client requests regarding PF transfers, withdrawals, profile corrections, and ESI card issues.
- Audit Readiness: Help senior team members prepare paperwork and registers for labor inspections.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of core experience in ESI and EPF compliance preferred.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
