About the Role
Surya International Enterprise Limited is looking for skilled and motivated PHP Developers with 2–4 years of hands-on experience in Laravel and React JS. The selected candidates will be responsible for developing, enhancing, maintaining and supporting web applications and internal ERP/enterprise systems. The role requires strong backend development capabilities in PHP/Laravel, good frontend skills in React JS, database knowledge, API integration experience, and the ability to write clean, scalable and secure code.
Key Responsibilities
· Develop, maintain and enhance web applications using PHP and the Laravel Framework.
· Build responsive, interactive and user-friendly web interfaces using React JS.
· Design, develop and integrate RESTful APIs and third-party services.
· Develop and maintain backend business logic, application modules and enterprise/ERP functionalities.
· Work with MySQL databases for data modelling, queries, optimization and application integration.
· Perform troubleshooting, debugging, root-cause analysis and performance optimization of applications.
· Identify and resolve application defects, production issues and technical bottlenecks.
· Collaborate with UI/UX, QA, business, project and other cross-functional teams for successful project execution.
· Participate in application planning, development, testing, deployment and post-deployment support.
· Follow secure coding practices and ensure application security and data protection standards.
· Use Git/version-control practices for source-code management, collaboration and release management.
· Write clean, reusable, maintainable, scalable and efficient code following established development standards.
· Conduct code reviews where required and contribute to continuous improvement of development practices.
· Prepare and maintain technical documentation for application modules, APIs and development changes.
Required Technical Skills
· Strong knowledge of PHP and the Laravel Framework.
· Hands-on experience in React JS and modern frontend development.
· Good understanding of MySQL and relational database concepts.
· Practical experience in REST API development and integration.
· Experience with API consumption, third-party service integration and JSON-based data exchange.
· Working knowledge of Git and version-control systems.
· Good understanding of HTML5, CSS3 and JavaScript.
· Knowledge of Bootstrap or similar responsive UI frameworks.
· Strong problem-solving, debugging and analytical skills.
· Understanding of application security, data validation and secure coding practices.
· Ability to work with existing codebases, troubleshoot issues and implement enhancements.
Preferred / Added Advantage
· Prior experience in ERP, enterprise application development or internal business applications.
· Experience working in a fast-paced software/product development environment.
· Exposure to deployment, application monitoring or production support will be an advantage.
· Experience with performance optimization and scalable application architecture.
· Good communication and team collaboration skills.
· Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

. Educational Qualification
· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Applications, Engineering or a related technical field.
· Relevant professional certifications or additional technical training will be an added advantage.
Experience
· 2–4 years of relevant professional experience in PHP web application development.
· Candidates should have practical project experience with Laravel and React JS.
· Experience in enterprise/ERP application development will be preferred.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
