Qualification: BSc / MSc – Analytical Chemistry / Chemistry / Food Science
Experience: 4 to 6 years (Mandatory experience in FSSAI recognized Food testing Laboratory)
Requirements:
- Operation, Calibration and routine maintenance of GC-MS and HPLC instruments
- Analysis of various food matrices (solid, semi-solid, liquid) as per FSSAI regulations
- Testing of:
- Food additives, preservatives, colours & flavours
- Sample preparation using QuEChERS, SPE and LLE
- Method execution, Calibration, and basic method validation as per AOAC / IS / FSSAI approved methods
- Data Interpretation, Calculations and Test Report Preparation
- Maintenance of raw data, Calibration records, Instrument logbooks and Control charts
- Compliance with ISO/IEC 17025 quality system requirements
- Support NABL & FSSAI audits, proficiency testing and internal quality activities
