1. Role Purpose
To enhance skilling & capability of staff and wellbeing-driven retention initiatives of Caretakers (CTs). The role
holder will deliver structured training, provide continuous on-ground support, and act as the custodian of CT
retention and engagement.
2. Key Responsibility Areas
A. Training & Skill Development
- Deliver structured training modules for CTs:
o ADL care (bathing, feeding, mobility)
o Infection control & hygiene
o Basic vitals & observation
o Emergency response support
o Induction training for new CTs
o Refresher training - continuous
o On-floor demonstration-based coaching
o Skill assessments (pre & post training)
o Competency validation
B. On-Floor Coaching & Quality Reinforcement
o Observe CT practices
o Correct errors in real-time
o Reinforce SOP adherence
o Training → Actual execution
C. CT Retention Custodian
- Own end-to-end CT retention tracking
o Early attrition signals
o Burnout indicators
o Dissatisfaction patterns
o Counselling of aggrieved staff
o Exit-prevention conversations
- Maintain CT Risk Tracker:
o High-risk CT list
o Action plans per case
D. Staff Wellbeing & Support
o Basic emotional support
o Distress handling (non-clinical counselling level)
o Personal challenges impacting work
o Workplace conflicts
o Adjustment issues
- Act as safe escalation point (non-HR)
E. Grievance Identification & Escalation
- Capture issues related to:
o Workload & shift rostering
o Supervisor behaviour
o Team conflicts
o Safety concerns
- Escalate structured insights to NM/UM/RM
- Track closure of key issues
F. Engagement & Culture Building
o Monthly CT connect sessions
o Recognition initiatives
o Micro-engagement activities
o Sense of belonging
o Team cohesion
G. Data, Reporting & Insights
o Training calendar & logs
o Training scorecards
o CT retention dashboard
- Submit Monthly Report to RM, Regional HR & L&D
o Training coverage & effectiveness
o Attrition analysis

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
