About the Role:
TruLink Recruitment is hiring a senior Quality Manager for a leading Automotive Component Manufacturer based in Bahadurgarh, Haryana. This is a full-time, on-site role. (Please note: The client manufacturing company name will be shared during the interview).
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead QA & QC functions across Sheet Metal, CNC Machining, Grinding, Forging, and Heat Treatment operations.
- Ensure compliance with customer drawings, GD&T, and IATF 16949 / ISO 9001 standards.
- Handle customer complaints and drive root cause analysis using 8D, CAPA, and Why-Why analysis.
- Manage, train, and develop the plant quality team.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Experience: 15+ Years in automotive component manufacturing (Mandatory).
- Education: B.E./B.Tech (Mechanical/Production/Industrial) OR Diploma with relevant senior experience.
- Salary: ₹80,000 - ₹85,000 per month.
- Joining: Immediate Preferred.
Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹85,000.00 per month
