- Lead and manage overall real estate sales and business operations.
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
- Build, mentor, and motivate high-performing sales teams.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, channel partners, and stakeholders.
- Monitor sales performance, profitability, and operational efficiency.
- Ensure excellent customer satisfaction and successful project sales execution.
- Experience: 10–15 years in real estate sales and business management.
- Strong leadership, communication, and strategic planning skills required.
