Designationa - Administrative Officer – Ulundupet
Core Responsibilities
- Manage daily office operations and administrative systems
- Maintain records, files, and databases (both digital and physical)
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Prepare reports, presentations, and official documents
- Handle correspondence (emails, letters, phone calls)
- Ensure office supplies are stocked and manage procurement
- Supervise administrative staff and delegate tasks
- Implement and monitor office policies and procedures
Financial & Reporting Duties
- Assist with budgeting and expense tracking
- Process invoices, reimbursements, and basic accounting tasks
- Generate regular administrative and financial reports
HR & Coordination Tasks
- Support recruitment and onboarding processes
- Maintain employee records and attendance
- Coordinate internal communication between departments
Compliance & Organization
- Ensure company policies comply with legal and regulatory standards
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- Improve administrative systems for efficiency
Typical Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
- Experience in administrative or office management roles
- Basic knowledge of accounting and HR processes (often preferred)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
