About the Role
Jayka Corp is launching a residential project in Keshav Nagar, a fast-growing east-Pune micro-market with strong demand from professionals across Kharadi, Magarpatta, Mundhwa, Kalyani Nagar, Viman Nagar and Yerwada. We are looking for a well-networked Sourcing Executive to build our channel-partner (CP) ecosystem. This is a sourcing and relationship-driven role: the primary objective is to onboard the right channel partners, generate a steady flow of qualified business through them, and keep those relationships productive and loyal over the life of the project. The ideal candidate already has strong broker and IBP relationships in Pune and knows how to mobilise them to drive site visits and bookings.
Key Responsibilities
Channel Partner Sourcing & Onboarding
- Identify, approach and onboard new channel partners, brokers across Pune, with a focus on the east-Pune corridor.
- Build and continuously expand a strong, active network of CPs to ensure consistent lead and footfall generation for the project.
- Complete CP empanelment and documentation, and ensure partners are registered and RERA-compliant.
Business Sourcing Through Channel Partners
- Drive business through the CP network to meet and exceed monthly, quarterly and project-level sourcing and revenue targets.
- Activate channel partners through regular engagement, project briefings, inventory and pricing updates, and incentive communication.
- Ensure a steady pipeline of qualified site visits and bookings generated via partners, and coordinate closely with the in-house sales team to convert CP-sourced leads.
- Organise and participate in CP meets, project walkthroughs, broker events and launch activities to maximise partner-driven footfall.
Relationship Management
- Own and nurture long-term relationships with channel partners, acting as their single point of contact for the project.
- Resolve partner queries on inventory, pricing, offers, brokerage and payouts promptly to maintain trust and engagement.
- Coordinate with finance and CRM teams to ensure timely and accurate brokerage / incentive processing for partners.
- Track CP performance, recognise and reward top performers, and re-engage dormant partners to keep the network productive.
Reporting & Market Intelligence
- Maintain accurate records of CP onboarding, sourcing, leads and bookings in the CRM, and share regular MIS, forecasts and performance reports with management.
- Monitor competing projects, brokerage structures and CP schemes in Keshav Nagar, Mundhwa, Kharadi and surrounding areas, and recommend competitive channel strategies.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- MBA, preferably with a specialisation in Marketing or Sales.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in channel-partner / broker sourcing in Pune residential real estate, with a demonstrable record of CP-driven sales.
- An existing, active network of channel partners, brokers and IBPs in Pune, ideally across the east-Pune corridor.
- Strong understanding of the residential real estate market, brokerage structures, CP incentive schemes and the home-buying journey.
- Working knowledge of RERA, registration and CP empanelment documentation.
- Proficiency with CRM tools and MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) for partner tracking and reporting.

- Goal-oriented and self-motivated, comfortable working to sourcing targets in a fast-paced environment.
- Well-organised, with strong follow-up discipline and attention to detail.
