· MONITOR CX SCORE & ENSURE CX SCORE AS PER THE TARGET.
· ANALYSIS LOW RATING, DICTATOR COMMENTS AND REPEAT COMPLAINTS.
· PREPARE ROOT CAUSE ANALYSIS AND IMPROVEMENT PLAN.
· HANDLE CUSTOMER COMPLAINT RELATED TO – SALES COMMITMENT MISMTACH, DELAY DELIVERY, PRICING/COMMUNICATION ISSUE, STAFF BEHAVIOUR.
· ENSURE TIMELY RESOLUTION AND CUSTOMER CONFIRMATION BEFORE CLOSURE.
· MONITOR FOLLOW UP QUALITY TAT AND CLOSURE REASON.
· ENSURE CONCERN AND DELIVERY UPDATE.
· MAINTAIN BOOKING DOCUMENTATION ACCURACY.
· ENSURE DELIVERY EXPERIENCE EXPLANATION FEEDBACK.
· DELIVERY PHOTO AND VIDEO CLICK.
· FINAL CHECK THE DELIVERY CAR IN DELIVERY ZONE.
· GOOGLE REVIEW COLLECTION
