Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to support our Human Resources department in day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a willingness to learn, and a keen interest in recruitment, employee engagement, and HR operations.
Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Post job openings on job portals and social media platforms.
- Source candidates through various recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
- Schedule interviews with hiring managers.
- Coordinate interview rounds and maintain interview schedules.
- Conduct initial HR screening calls.
- Follow up with candidates regarding interview status.
Employee Onboarding
- Prepare offer letters and joining documents.
- Collect and verify employee documentation.
- Assist in employee onboarding and orientation.
- Maintain employee records and personnel files.
HR Operations
- Update and maintain employee databases.
- Maintain attendance and leave records.
- Support payroll documentation.
- Prepare HR reports and MIS.
- Ensure employee files are organized and updated.
Employee Engagement
- Assist in organizing employee engagement activities.
- Support birthday, festival, and team events.
- Collect employee feedback and maintain engagement records.
Documentation & Compliance
- Prepare HR letters, certificates, and employment documents.
- Ensure confidentiality of employee information.
- Maintain compliance-related documentation.
Administrative Support
- Coordinate with different departments for manpower requirements.
- Manage HR emails and communications.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly HR reports.
- Perform other HR and administrative tasks assigned by the reporting manager.
Required Skills
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and Google Sheets.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.

Preferred Qualifications
