Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Production Engineer at our Nakodar facility. The Production Engineer will manage and oversee production activities, execute production planning, monitor quality control processes, and identify opportunities for improvement in production workflows. The role also involves collaborating with various teams to ensure operational efficiency and maintaining high-quality standards in line with company goals.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Production Engineering and Production Planning
- Proficiency in Quality Control and Analytical Skills for problem-solving and optimization
- Effective Communication skills to collaborate across teams and departments
- Ability to work in an on-site manufacturing environment with attention to detail and safety standards
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Production Engineering or a related field
- Previous experience in manufacturing or production engineering is a plus
- Daily commute provided from Jalandhar in Innova car
The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in a fast-paced machinery production environment, have a proven record in growing and developing teams, able to work to and improve quality standards, have strong leadership skills and a background in food manufacturing is highly desirable. - Should have experience in MIS, ERP and lean manufacturing. Also should have basic knowledge of 5S, Kaizen, TQM.
