Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Manager to drive business growth, lead sales initiatives, and build strong client relationships. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership capabilities, excellent communication skills, and a passion for achieving targets in a fast-paced environment.
This is a hybrid role based in Noida, offering flexibility for partial remote work.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth
- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads
- Build and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships
- Lead and mentor the sales team to achieve performance targets
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis
- Manage customer acquisition and retention processes
- Track sales performance and maintain CRM records
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth communication and execution
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in Sales and Business Development
- Strong client relationship management and negotiation skills
- Experience in team handling and sales strategy execution
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong analytical and market research abilities
- Proficiency in CRM tools and sales tracking software
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in EdTech or Education Sales
- Experience working in startup environments is a plus
