Job Summary
The HR Executive is responsible for supporting the day-to-day human resource functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, payroll assistance, performance management, training coordination, and maintaining employee records. The role ensures compliance with company policies and labor laws while promoting a positive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, interview scheduling, and candidate communication.
- Coordinate employee onboarding and induction programs.
- Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and personnel files.
- Assist in payroll processing, attendance, leave management, and benefits administration.
- Support employee engagement initiatives and organize company events.
- Address employee queries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
- Assist in performance appraisal and employee development programs.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and statutory requirements.
- Prepare HR reports, letters, contracts, and other documentation.
- Coordinate training programs and monitor employee learning and development.
- Handle employee grievances and support conflict resolution.
- Assist in implementing HR policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- HR certification is an added advantage.
- 1–3 years of experience in Human Resources (fresh graduates may be considered for junior roles).
- Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with HRIS and payroll software.

Working Conditions
- Full-time office-based or hybrid role, depending on company policy.
- Standard business working hours with occasional overtime during recruitment drives or payroll periods.
Salary
Salary is based on qualifications, experience, company size, and location.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
