Role Overview
We are looking for an energetic and skilled Gymnastics Coach who can train students across different age groups, build foundational and advanced gymnastic skills, and promote physical strength, flexibility, and coordination in a safe and encouraging environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Train students in gymnastics techniques, including floor exercises, balance, flexibility, and strength-building activities
- Design age-appropriate training programs for beginners and advanced learners
- Ensure safety protocols and proper use of equipment during practice sessions
- Prepare students for inter-school competitions and events
- Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback
- Maintain discipline and foster teamwork and sportsmanship
- Assist in organizing sports events and school fitness programs
Qualifications & Skills
- Certification/Diploma in Gymnastics Coaching or Physical Education (Mandatory)
- Prior coaching experience preferred (freshers with strong skills may apply)
- Strong knowledge of safety measures and training techniques
- Ability to motivate and engage students
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
