Position: Sales Executive (Field Sales)
Location: Vikasnagar / Sabhawala, Dehradun
Reporting Office: Head Office, Dehradun
Job Summary
We are looking for energetic and self-motivated Sales Executives who are based in or around Vikasnagar or Sabhawala. The role is primarily field-based.
Key Responsibilities
- follow up on sales leads.
- Meet prospective customers and explain project details.
- Assist clients throughout the sales process.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Achieve monthly sales targets.
- Submit daily activity reports and maintain accurate customer records.
- Coordinate with the Sales Manager and Head Office regarding sales updates and customer requirements.
Work Location
- The Sales Executive will be stationed at the assigned project/site for most of the working days.
- The candidate is required to visit the Head Office twice a week to attend sales meetings, submit updates, and coordinate with the management team.
- On all other working days, the candidate will work from the assigned project site.
Eligibility
- Candidate should be a resident of Vikasnagar, Sabhawala, or nearby areas.
- Graduate or Undergraduate candidates .
- Freshers with excellent communication skills and a willingness to learn are also encouraged to apply.
- Must possess good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Own two-wheeler and a valid driving license will be preferred.
Preferred Experience
- 0–3 years of experience in Field Sales, Real Estate Sales, or Direct Sales.
Salary
As per company standards, along with attractive incentives based on performance.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
