About the Role
Young Minds Technology Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is seeking enthusiastic and target-driven Sales Specialists to support business growth by identifying opportunities, building client relationships, and achieving sales objectives. This role is ideal for individuals who possess excellent communication skills and a passion for sales and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Generate and qualify potential leads through various channels
Identify new business opportunities and prospective clients
Conduct presentations and product/service demonstrations
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions
Follow up on leads and convert prospects into customers
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction
Required Skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities
Confidence in client interactions and presentations
Ability to build and maintain professional relationships
Goal-oriented mindset with a passion for achieving targets
Basic understanding of sales and business development concepts
Eligibility
Any Graduate (BBA, BBM, B.Com, BA, B.Sc, B.Tech, MBA)
Freshers with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply
Experience in sales, business development, marketing, or customer relations is an added advantage
