**Key Responsibilities:**
1. **Supplier Identification and Development:**
- Identify and establish relationships with reliable suppliers to ensure a consistent supply of quality products.
- Evaluate and monitor supplier performance to ensure compliance with quality standards and contractual obligations.
- Develop and maintain a robust supplier network that supports business growth and profitability.
2. **Negotiation and Contract Management:**
- Lead negotiations with suppliers to secure competitive pricing and favorable commercial terms.
- Draft, evaluate, and manage supplier contracts to ensure alignment with business needs and compliance requirements.
3. **Product Sourcing and Quality Assurance:**
- Source new products that align with market demand and company standards.
- Evaluate product quality and packaging standards to ensure they meet customer and compliance requirements.
- Conduct regular market research to stay updated on market trends, pricing, and supplier capabilities.
4. **Cost Optimization and Efficiency:**
- Implement cost-saving initiatives without compromising on quality or service delivery.
- Analyze procurement data to identify opportunities for cost reduction and process improvement.
5. **Vendor Relationship Management:**
- Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors to foster collaboration and ensure reliable supply chains.
- Address and resolve any supplier-related issues promptly and effectively.
6. **Market Intelligence and Strategy:**
- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and emerging technologies to inform procurement strategies.
- Develop and implement strategic sourcing plans that align with business goals and market conditions.
**Qualifications:**
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree or professional certification (e.g., CIPS, CPSM) is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Procurement Manager or in a similar role within a trading or commercial environment.
- Strong negotiation skills and commercial acumen with a track record of securing favorable terms and conditions.
- Excellent understanding of market dynamics, pricing structures, and supplier capabilities.
- Proactive approach to problem-solving and ability to adapt to changing market conditions.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain effective vendor relationships.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
