Job Summary
We are looking for a Project Architect with strong experience in architectural design, working drawings, and project execution, preferably in commercial interiors/design & build projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop architectural designs, layouts, working drawings, and GFC drawings.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, Project Managers, contractors, and site teams.
- Review drawings, shop drawings, materials, and technical details.
- Conduct site visits and ensure design intent is properly executed.
- Resolve design and technical issues during project execution.
- Coordinate with MEP, structural, and other consultants.
- Ensure timely completion and quality of project deliverables.
- Guide junior architects/designers when required.
Requirements
- B.Arch / M.Arch from a recognized institution.
- 4–8 years of relevant experience.
- Strong knowledge of AutoCAD and SketchUp.
- Experience in commercial interiors, architecture, or design & build projects preferred.
- Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Pay: ₹18,399.01 - ₹90,000.92 per month
