Job Title: Digital Marketing ExecutiveJob Summary
We are looking for a creative and results-driven Digital Marketing Executive to develop, implement, and optimize online marketing campaigns that increase brand awareness, generate leads, and drive business growth. The ideal candidate should have experience in SEO, social media marketing, paid advertising, email marketing, and content creation.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across various channels.
- Manage social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, etc.).
- Create engaging content for social media, blogs, websites, and email campaigns.
- Execute SEO and SEM strategies to improve website rankings and traffic.
- Manage Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other PPC campaigns.
- Monitor campaign performance using Google Analytics and other marketing tools.
- Generate leads through online marketing initiatives.
- Optimize website content and landing pages for conversions.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
- Collaborate with the sales and design teams to develop marketing materials.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, PPC, and Social Media Marketing.
- Experience with Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Meta Ads Manager.
- Understanding of email marketing platforms.
- Knowledge of content marketing and copywriting.
- Basic graphic design skills using Canva or Adobe Creative Suite (preferred).
- Familiarity with WordPress or other CMS platforms.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing (for Executive level).
- Relevant certifications in Google Ads, Google Analytics, Meta Blueprint, or HubSpot are an added advantage.
