Responsible for end-to-end project management of Localization & MAE (Manufacturing Assembly Equipment) and production line planning, including child part localization within the Bosch International Production Network (IPN). The role ensures timely execution, cost control, quality compliance, and seamless industrialization up to Start of Production (SOP).

PJM-Role Summary

1. Project Planning & Execution
Manage overall project timelines, budget, and defined work packages in alignment with customer milestones. Drive execution of industrialization and localization projects within the IPN framework. Ensure structured planning, monitoring, and reporting of project progress.
2. Cross-functional Coordination
Organize and lead project review meetings with cross-functional teams including: Lead plant, Production plant, Suppliers Act as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) between manufacturing plants and project stakeholders.
3. Industrialization & Child part Localization Tracking
Track and ensure completion of key milestones related to: Child part localization, MAE and tooling ordering, Equipment delivery, Installation & commissioning, Final release for production
4. Manufacturing Readiness
Ensure production line readiness for SOP, including validation and release. Verify adherence to defined quality, safety, and process standards.
5. Risk & Issue Management
Identify and prioritize risks related to: Project timelines, Cost, Quality Develop and implement mitigation plans to minimize project impact.
6. Production Line Concept & Investment Planning
Organize and facilitate PGL (Production Guideline) workshops to: Finalize production line concepts, Confirm feasibility, Align on investment requirements
7. Supplier Management
Conduct supplier visits and ensure technical coordination. Monitor supplier deliverables and support issue resolution.
8. Handover & Documentation
Ensure smooth handover to production plant teams, including: Complete documentation, Process validation reports, Lessons learned
9. Standards & Compliance
Ensure implementation of organizational standards, including: 5S, HSE (Health, Safety & Environment), Quality systems, ESD compliance, Documentation & standardization
10. Training & Capability Development
Provide system related guidance and mentoring to colleagues as required.
11. Process Improvement & Standardization
Drive standardization and documentation of project management processes and tools. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across projects. Typical Interfaces Internal: MSE, TEF, ENG, PUI, LOG Production Plants, Quality teams External: Suppliers, IPN stakeholders
