Job Summary
We are looking for a creative Script Writer & Digital Content Creator who can ideate, write, and create engaging digital content for our skincare, beauty, and wellness brand.
The ideal candidate should be comfortable being involved in the entire content creation process — from developing ideas and writing scripts to creating and executing content for platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, and other digital channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop creative content ideas and concepts for social media and digital campaigns.
- Write engaging scripts for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, videos, advertisements, educational content, and promotional campaigns.
- Create content based on current social media trends, viral formats, and audience interests.
- Participate in shoots and content creation and execute concepts based on approved scripts.
- Create engaging short-form video content using available tools, trends, and creative formats.
- Develop strong hooks, storytelling, CTAs, and content angles.
- Research topics related to skincare, hair care, beauty, wellness, lifestyle, and consumer education.
- Convert technical or complex information into simple, relatable, and engaging content.
- Work closely with the Marketing, Graphic Design, Video Editing, and Social Media teams.
- Create content aligned with the brand's tone, positioning, and marketing objectives.
- Repurpose existing content into different formats for Reels, Stories, YouTube Shorts, posts, and campaigns.
- Monitor social media trends and identify opportunities for new content.
- Review content performance and use insights to improve future scripts and content.
- Maintain a consistent content pipeline and meet assigned deadlines.
Required Skills
- Strong creative writing and storytelling skills.
- Excellent command of English and Hinglish.
- Strong understanding of Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and digital content.
- Ability to independently generate content ideas.
- Good understanding of hooks, retention, CTAs, and audience psychology.
- Comfortable facing the camera or participating in shoots when required.
- Basic knowledge of video/content creation tools.
- Good understanding of current social media trends.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced content environment.
- Strong research, communication, and presentation skills.
Preferred Experience
- 1–3 years of experience in content creation, script writing, social media, digital marketing, or a related field.
- Experience creating content for skincare, beauty, wellness, healthcare, lifestyle, or D2C brands will be an advantage.
- Candidates with a strong content portfolio / Instagram page / YouTube channel / previous work samples will be preferred.

- Number and quality of scripts/content pieces delivered.
- Timely completion of the content calendar.
- Content engagement, reach, views, and retention.
- Quality of hooks and storytelling.
- Originality and creativity of content.
- Content performance and improvement based on analytics.
- Ability to independently generate and execute new content ideas.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
